Vardy Party in Germany: Jamie Vardy wins live rights for the Bundesliga in the United Kingdom and Ireland

According to a report by The Athletic's German football correspondent Seb Stafford-Bloor, former Leicester City and England striker Jamie Vardy is now a live rights holder for the Bundesliga and he will start with Bayern Munich vs. Stuttgart later tonight:

Vardy joins That's Football, hosted by Mark Goldbridge from The United Stand, in broadcasting the Bundesliga in a predominantly Premier League heavy landscape. Like the deal with That's Football, this is another step in the Bundesliga's marketing strategy by allowing two well-known figures in English football (on and off the pitch) to open the eyes of the British and Irish to Germany's topflight.
