Bowler Morris set to leave Glamorgan

Glamorgan seam bowler Ben Morris is to leave the club at the end of the season.

Abergavenny-born Morris, 22, has made one Championship and five One Day Cup appearances for the county.

His best display was taking 3-52 against Essex in 2024 and his most recent first-team game was in August 2025.

Morris has also played for the successful Cardiff UCCE side and the Wales National County team.

"I have enjoyed my time at the club, but I feel I still have a lot to offer in cricket and remain open to new opportunities, while being ready to explore a career away from it," said Morris.

He is the second player confirmed as departing Glamorgan this year, after 40-year-old Chris Cooke announced his retirement.
