Siraj adds his 'dream car' to his collection

Siraj thanked the almighty for his blessings

Mohammed Siraj has purchased a brand new Land Rover car, and the Indian pacer called his new ride a 'dream car'. The fast bowler from Hyderabad posted pictures with his family as they posed with the new car and Siraj thanked the almighty for his blessings.

For the unversed, Siraj comes from a middle-class family, but since making his India debut, the youngster's life completely changed. In the caption of the pictures, the 30-year-old wrote a motivational message as he was grateful that the almighty helped him buy the car of his dreams.

"Have NO LIMITS on your DREAMS, as they push you to work harder and strive for more. It’s the effort you put in with consistency that will take you forward. Grateful to the Almighty for his blessings and for making me capable of buying this dream car from @landroverpridemotors for my family. If you believe in yourself, you can achieve what you want too," read the caption from Siraj's Instagram post.

The Indian cricketer posed with his mother and his relatives. Since his father passed away when the tear-away pacer was on national duty in Australia, Siraj is very close to his mother. After winning the T20 World Cup, he put his medal around his mother's neck in a lovely gesture.

Siraj was last seen in action during the three-match ODI series against Sri Lanka earlier this month as India lost the series 0-2. He picked up a wicket each in all three games but couldn't help his side avoid an embarrassing series loss. He also played in the three-match T20I series earlier wherein Suryakumar Yadav-led Indian team registered a 3-0 clean sweep over the hosts.

Mohammed Siraj will be next seen in action against Bangladesh, with the Indian team not scheduled to play any matches before September 19. The Rohit Sharma-led unit will play two Test matches against Bangladesh as part of the ongoing World Test Championship (WTC) cycle.
