Tennis Star Lois Boisson Smashes Racket After Losing to Emma Navarro at US Open 2026, Viral Video Captures the Moment

Lois Boisson got caught having a heated moment on the tennis court after being defeated in round one of the 2026 US Open.

The 23-year-old French tennis player was seen smashing her racket into the ground while her opponent Emma Navarro celebrated her win on Monday (August 31) in New York City.

Emma, a 25-year-old American tennis player, defeated Lois 7-6, 6-7, 6-3 in the first round match. The match started on Sunday, but was delayed mid-way to Monday due to rain.

After they shared a handshake at the net following the match, Emma was seen waving her hands in the air in a celebratory moment. The cameras caught Lois in the background slamming her racket on the court.

“It was really tough stopping at the point of the match we were at,” Emma said after the match. “I just felt like I had worked really hard to get to that point, and then all of a sudden, it’s like we’re gonna come out tomorrow and we both have a clean slate. It’s it’s really unique because you feel like you should feel like you’re ahead, but you kind of don’t.”

The annual tennis tournament is running through September 13, with the women’s singles final on September 12 and the men’s singles final happening on September 13. You can expect many more star sightings in the weeks to come!
