Start your day with some Olympic climbing at 9 a.m. ET, as one female climber will walk away a gold medalist in the women’s speed final.

Polish climber Aleksandra Miroslaw wowed the crowd at Le Bourget, breaking her own world record — twice — by recording a time of 6.21 seconds in her first run and 6.06 in her second.

Emma Hunt of Team USA, who captured silver at the 2023 World Championships, also qualified for the finals in 6.38 seconds.

Tipping off at 1 p.m. ET, it’s another action-packed day on the track, with medals given out in the women’s pole vault final, men’s discus final, men’s 400-meter final and men’s steeplechase final.

Semifinals for the men’s 110-meter and 400-meter hurdles, men’s 200-meter and women’s 400-meter will also take place.

Noah Lyles — the fastest man in the world — clinched a spot in the 200-meter semis after winning the final qualifying heat with a time of 20.19 seconds.

The American track earned the gold in a thrilling 100-meter final, which he ran in 9.79 seconds.

The sport, a unique combination of water acrobatics and music, consists of two events — a team and a duet competition.

Duets contain a technical and free routine, and the team event adds an acrobatic routine to the mix.

Routines are scored based on the level of difficulty, synchronization, execution and artistic impression.
