Anushka Sharma reacts as Virat Kohli celebrates T20 World Cup win with family in Delhi

Actor Anushka Sharma was filled with joy as her husband, cricketer Virat Kohli returned to India and celebrated Team India's T20 World Cup win with his family in Delhi.

On Thursday, July 4, the Indian cricket team arrived in New Delhi from Barbados, where they had been stranded due to Hurricane Beryl, after clinching the T20 World Cup. Kohli reunited with his family members, including brother Vikas Kohli and sister Bhawna Kohli Dhingra, at Hotel ITC Maurya in Delhi.

Virat Kohli's sister Bhawna Kohli, who is 'super proud' of her brother, shared pictures of the celebration of his victory. In the photos, Kohli posed with his medal and clicked pictures with his family. "Celebrating the win (medal emoji). SUPERPROUD," she captioned the photos. Anushka reacted to the pictures and posted a red heart emoji in the comments section.

The entire Indian cricket team received a warm welcome at the Delhi airport with loud cheers from fans who had gathered to express their love and excitement for the T20 World Cup win.

Later on Thursday evening, Virat Kohli will head to Mumbai where a special road show has been planned for fans to catch a glimpse of their stars with the World Cup Trophy. The squad will also be honored at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.

After clinching the World Cup, Virat Kohli video called Anushka and their children, Vamika and Akaay. The cricketer's heartfelt gesture garnered love on social media. Kohli also credited Anushka for his victory in an Instagram note, stating, "None of this would remotely be possible without you, my love. You keep me humble, grounded, and always speak the truth with absolute honesty. I couldn’t be more grateful for you. This victory is as much yours as it is mine. Thank you and I love you for being YOU."
