Midfield development of Nwaneri continues

Ethan Nwaneri is again starting in a central position as he continues his development as an Arsenal first team player.

Nwaneri broke into the starting XI when Bukayo Saka was injured and filled in on the right wing.

He excelled there scoring nine goals in 37 appearances in his first full season involved with the senior team.

The Gunners have now signed Noni Madueke who can play on both wings so Nwaneri, is now starting to move into what is his more natural position.

The challenge for Nwaneri will be how does he get minutes and excel in an area of the pitch where Arsenal are blessed with options and depth.
