West Ham have received multiple enquiries from clubs interested in signing attacking midfielder Mohammed Kudus.Sources have told BBC Sport that Chelsea are among the clubs to have engaged in early discussions with the Hammers over the Ghana international, who has a release clause of £85m.The prospect of at least one Chelsea player heading across London as part of the deal has been discussed.Chelsea goalkeeper Robert Sanchez is among the players to have been mentioned during early talks. The Blues, however, are not the only club to have expressed an interest in Kudus, with at least one other Premier League side and several overseas monitoring his situation. It is understood Kudus is open to leaving London Stadium before next season, particularly to a club that can provide him with Champions League football. His release fee - which reaches £120m for clubs in Saudi Arabia - might prove a significant hurdle and it remains to be seen whether West Ham would be willing to accept a lower price. The Hammers may look to sell one of their big names this summer with a view to reinvesting the money into the squad for Graham Potter's first full season in charge.Arsenal, who are in the market for a winger, have held a long-term interest in Kudus and identified him as a target in the summer of 2023 before he signed for West Ham.Kudus still has three years to run on his current deal.
