India's T20 World Cup-winning fast bowler Mohammed Siraj had his own victory parade back home in Hyderabad, and during the roadshow, the fans showered 'Kohli, Kohli' chants as Siraj also joined the chorus.

The Indian cricket team arrived in India on July 4 after winning the T20 World Cup in Barbados. The World Champions spent the entire day celebrating the victory at multiple cities in separate events.

After breakfast with PM Narendra Modi in New Delhi, the team arrived in Mumbai for an open bus victory parade which concluded at Wankhede stadium where another felicitation ceremony was held as well.

Meanwhile, as Indian players headed home, fans from their hometowns also arranged a special welcome. Mohammed Siraj had his own victory parade in Hyderabad.

As Siraj arrived in Hyderabad, he was greeted by hundreds of fans who had gathered to celebrate their local hero. The parade featured decorated vehicles, colourful banners, and loud music, creating a carnival-like atmosphere.

Meanwhile, despite the celebration being in Siraj's honour, fans couldn't help but chant the name of his close friend and mentor, Virat Kohli. The "Kohli, Kohli" chants filled the air, highlighting the deep connection between Siraj and the former Indian captain.

Kohli has been instrumental in Siraj's rise, often seen offering guidance and support both on and off the field. Hence, the pacer also enjoyed the moment and took the chants in stride, smiling and vibing with the crowd.

Mohammed Siraj's journey from the streets of Hyderabad to international cricket stardom is nothing short of inspirational.

Overcoming numerous challenges, he has established himself as a key player in the Indian cricket team. He totally deserves the appreciation he is getting after the World Cup victory despite his limited contribution.
