The Japanese forward scored a fantastic winner at Watford on Saturday, linking up team-mate Yuki Ohashi. The two internationals combined brilliantly with the forward's level ball around the corner giving Morishita the chance to open his account. It was a composed finish and gave the 28-year-old a special moment as he celebrated in front of the travelling fans. Most importantly, it secured the three points which was the most valuable thing for Morishita.READ MORE: Valerien Ismael's vindication after Blackburn Rovers transfer risk"I have that connection with Yuki already," he told RoversTV."Even though we didn't see each other but we knew. I was making the run and then the ball came, which let me pass it into the goal."To be honest, the pass was so good. I could just run onto it and find the net. Honestly, I had the shot with my left foot before and I wanted to score but it didn't go in."Finally, I scored in front of the fans and I could show my helicopter which I'm so pleased to show them."It was the winning goal which makes it very special. The most important thing is for the team to win. Although I scored, the team winning made me more happy."It was a dominant performance from Rovers, who were the better team for large periods. After getting themselves in front, they restricted Watford to very few clear-cut opportunities. The victory just eases some of the anxiety that had built around Ewood Park after a disappointing deadline day and opening month. Despite four defeats in five, in league and cup, performances had merited more. Therefore ensuring they left Vicarage Road with the win, after playing so well, was of great importance."I thought we deserved to win, honestly," Morishita continued."The team has to improve but we showed something today and scored. There is always room to improve but I believe we can."I will get better and better as I play and learn. I've come to show my performances on the pitch so I scored and that the fans will accept me and my career with Rovers has started now."I didn't play so well in the first half. Second half, I scored and that made me so happy. I wanted to score and help Rovers because the last few games we deserved to win but couldn't win because we didn't put the ball in the net."So this becomes my job to put it in and it makes me so happy."Morishita is still in the early days of life in England but his enthusiasm for his new surroundings has not altered. He is loving life in the UK."I am so enjoying my time in the United Kingdom," he said."I watch it all the time on TV and TV shows are always about football. It's a little bit crazy but I'm very happy to watch it."United Kingdom is the best place to play football. First I need to find an apartment but I've got a car, I got it last week, so I can go everywhere."I am starting to adapt now the longer than I am here."
