West Indies set a modest target of 254 runs for Pakistan in the final Test of the two-match series at Multan Cricket Stadium on Sunday.

The West Indies began their second innings with a solid opening partnership of 50 runs, but Pakistan’s Noman Ali struck early, removing Mikyle Louis for just seven runs in the 12th over.

West Indies captain, Kraigg Brathwaite, countered with a resilient half-century, but Noman Ali dismissed him for 52 in the 23rd over, leaving the West Indies at 92/2.

Amir Jangoo and Kavem Hodge tried to stabilize the innings but were unable to stop Pakistan’s bowlers. Sajid Khan made the breakthrough, dismissing Jangoo for 30, and Noman quickly followed by removing Hodge for 15.

Noman’s further success came when he dismissed Alick Athanaze for just six runs, leaving West Indies at 129/5 by lunch.

Post-break, Pakistan's bowlers maintained the pressure. Abrar Ahmed claimed his first wicket, sending Justin Greaves back for 10.

The West Indies lower order fought back with a vital 51-run stand between Tevin Imlach and Kevin Sinclair, but Sajid Khan removed Sinclair for 28.

Pakistan’s pacer Kashif Khan then dismissed Imlach for 35, leaving the West Indies at 206/8.

Warrican and Motie added a brief 27-run partnership, but Motie was dismissed for 18, and Warrican followed shortly after for the same score.

West Indies were finally bowled out for 244 in 66.1 overs, with Noman and Sajid each taking two wickets, while Kashif and Abrar claimed one apiece.

On Day 1 of the second Test in Multan, a dramatic 20 wickets fell as Pakistan was bowled out for 154, trailing West Indies by just 9 runs after they posted 163 in their first innings.

Pakistan's top order crumbled early, slipping to 51/4, with Kemar Roach and Gudakesh Motie making early breakthroughs. Babar Azam, Shan Masood, and Kamran Ghulam were among the early dismissals.

However, Saud Shakeel (32) and Mohammad Rizwan (45*) fought back with a crucial 68-run partnership for the fifth wicket.

Shakeel’s dismissal, caught stunningly by Roach, halted the recovery. The remaining wickets fell quickly as Pakistan was bundled out for 154, losing their last six wickets for just 35 runs.

West Indies’ spinners Jomel Warrican (4-43) and Motie (3-49) were the main wicket-takers, leading their team to a slender first-innings lead.
