Key Events Payne Haas ruled out for Brisbane 1 hours ago Injury: Herbie Farnworth N By Nick Campton Farnworth busts through with ease, he's off with Tabuai-Fidow in support but as he tries to line him up his left hamstring totally goes! The sniper got him! He slumps to the ground, that's an absolute heartbreaker. He's carried off by the trainers and won't be back tonight. I'll bring you an update as soon as something comes through. Second half is underway in Auckland N By Nick Campton Warriors kick us off and we're halfway home. Final teams: Broncos-Rabbitohs N By Nick Campton Big change for Brisbane is Payne Haas out - Corey Jensen will start at prop with Ben Talty coming in on the bench. Piakura is also out with Gosiewski starting at second row and Smoothy in on the bench. Meanwhile, it's carnage for the Rabbitohs - Jamie Humpheys and Peter Mamouzelous have BOTH been injured in the warm up. It means Ashton Ward starts in the halves alongside Lewis Dodd, Tyrone Munro comes in on the bench and the 18th man is.....nobody! They'll be playing with the old fashioned 17 because there's nobody else left! Halftime: Phins 16 lead Warriors 12 N By Nick Campton A good half of footy that feels very evenly poised. Farnworth is a massive loss, but the Phins are hanging in there gamely. 37' DWZ gets his second N By Nick Campton Healy latches onto a good offload from Stowers-Smith and surges over halfway, plus he gets clipped high and the Warriors have a chance to reply. Ford goes straight through! He's dragged down just a metre short, Capewell goes from dummy half and he's claiming one. Ref sends it up as no try and that call is likely to stand....and it does. They go to the right again, the playmakers combine and Watene-Zelezniak is over in the corner for his second! Nice ball movement from the home side. Boyd from touch....nails it! It's back to 16-12. 30' Keeley goes over for Phins third N By Nick Campton A nice run from Averillo generates some ruck speed, Donoghoe and Katoa link together nicely and the latter's pass bounces out to Keeley to go over and score! In the blink of an eye, the Dolphins have taken control and that's what they can do. Isaako's kick is a shank, but it's 16-6 Phins. On report: Sam Healy N By Nick Campton The young dummy half gets Keeley in a crusher tackle and he's on report. Phins back at it. 27' Marshall-King makes amends with a try N By Nick Campton Tuaupiki knocks on a bomb and the Phins are on the attack and a few tackles later Marshall-King manages to burrow over from close range next to the posts! That's an important try, the Warriors have had the better of the play for several minutes but the Phins will lead. Isaako converts and it's 12-6 Phins. 24' Both sides let a chance go begging N By Nick Campton Marshall-King cuts straight through on his own 30, he throws a crazy pass aimed for Tabuai-Fidow and it's easily intercepted by Capewell. He offloads to Tuivasa-Sheck who takes it back the other way all the way down to the 30, next play Molo gets Ford high and it's a Warriors penalty. They have all the running at the minute, winning the physical battle handily, Martin nearly slides over but next play Boyd's loose pass is knocked on by Niukore. Losing Farnworth a hammer blow N By Nick Campton Was just thinking what great form Farnsworth was in. What a tragedy for him and the Dolphins. My pleas for no injuries has not been heard this season. - KB He's been the best centre in the league this year and it's not close. A massive blow for the Phins finals hopes. Kickers striking them well N By Nick Campton If I’m reading right Nick , 2 touchline conversions straight up? Might come down to the kickers ? - Phillip You're not wrong Phillip, two superb kicks to start. 15' Phins deny Warriors N By Nick Campton Feagai knocks on a bomb from Boyd and the Warriors will go straight back on the attack. Martin forces a drop out with a grubber to build some pressure. Phins go short on the drop out and Farnworth takes it easily, the Warriors don't contest it! That's a shocker. Phin ball. 10' DWZ flies in for the Warriors N By Nick Campton Great fight back from the Warriors, they spread it right, Boyd and Tuaupiki link together, it gets out to Watene-Zelezniak and he dives over in the corner! Very easy stuff, the tries are flowing early. Boyd smashes it over from touch, great kick, and it's 6-all. 9' Warriors hold on N By Nick Campton Another penalty, this time for not clearing the ruck, and the Phins are at it again. They go wide to Farnworth again and he cuts through, on the next tackle Katoa forces a drop out with a well-weighted grubber. They go short and Nicoll-Klokstad manages to tap it back. Warrior ball and then Katoa gives away a ruck penalty. Can the home side strike back? 6' Phins strike early N By Nick Campton A high tackle from Clark will put the Phins on the attack, they run it down the left, Tabuai-Fidow squares it up and goes short to Farnworth and the Englishman powers through the gap and scores! Great start for the Phins, Isaako converts from touch and it's 6-0 Phins. And away we go! N By Nick Campton Phins kick us off, running left to right. Tips: Phins in a tight one N By Nick Campton Evening Nick. Always enjoy watching the Wahs and they will have their job cut out for them tonight. No injuries if you can organise that please. - KB So do I KB - like the change they've made at fullback as well, not because CNK wasn't doing a good job but because it lets Capewell move back to second row. I'm still tipping the Phins though, think they might have too many points in them. I'll see what I can do about the injuries. Payne Haas ruled out for Brisbane N By Nick Campton Some big news for the late game - star Broncos prop Payne Haas has been ruled out after succumbing to a skin infection. It remains to be seen who replaces him in the side but I'll let you know as soon as word comes through. Brisbane had already lost Brendan Piakura after the backrower suffered a concussion at training earlier this week. He's been replaced in the 17 by Ben Talty. Final teams: Warriors-Phins N By Nick Campton Big change for the Warriors - Taine Tuaupiki is in at fullback with Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad moving to the centres, Kurt Capewell to the pack and Marata Niukore going to prop. Eddie Ieremia-Toeava will make his NRL debut off the bench. The Dolphins, who are coming off the bye, are 1-17 as named on Tuesday with Kodi Nikorima returning from injury and Felise Kaufusi from suspension. Hello and welcome!
