Fakhar Zaman slammed a half-century upon his return to ODI cricket for Pakistan and scored 84 off just 69 balls. The left-handed batsman lacked support from the other end and Pakistan were bowled out for 252 in the chase to the target of 331. Fakhar's brilliant return was a big positive for the Men in Green and they have high hopes from him.

Courtesy of his 84-run knock, Fakhar came close to Imran Khan 's tally and he can overtake the Pakistan legend soon. The Pakistan opener has breached the 3500-run mark in ODIs and has 3576 runs. His tally includes 11 centuries and 17 half-centuries.

Imran finished his ODI career with 3709 runs in 175 matches. Fakhar is 134 runs away from overtaking Imran and can do it in the very next game against South Africa.

Imran, Pakistan's only 50-over World Cup-winning captain, was a complete package on the field. He scored 3709 runs and scalped 182 wickets in white-ball cricket. He came out of retirement and captained Pakistan to a World Cup win. The Pakistan legend finished his Test career with 3807 runs and 362 wickets in 88 matches.

Inzamam-ul-Haq tops the list of Pakistan batsmen with most ODI runs. He finished his career with 11701 runs. He is the only Pakistan batsman to breach the 10,000-run mark in the format.

He is followed by Younis Khan, who scored 9554 runs in 281 ODIs. Saeed Anwar and Shahid Afridi sit at the next two spots with 8824 and 8027 runs, respectively.
