Jannik Sinner vs Novak Djokovic, Roland-Garros 2025 semi-final: head-to-head, schedule, and how to watch live French Open action

Jannik Sinner and Novak Djokovic lock horns in an enthralling semi-final clash for a place in the 2025 French Open final.

Men’s world number one Sinner is yet to drop a set on his path to a second consecutive semi-final in a row at Roland-Garros, closing in on a full year as the top-ranked male tennis player in the world.

The Italian holds a 17-1 record this year, including 10-1 on clay – with Carlos Alcaraz, who faces fellow Italian Lorenzo Musetti in the other semi-final, the only player to beat Sinner in the 2025 season.

Paris 2024 Olympic champion Djokovic is on an impressive run of his own at Roland-Garros, coming into the semi-final on a 22-match winning streak on these courts.

His quarter-final comeback victory against last year’s runner-up Alexander Zverev was exemplary of the 38-year-old’s determination. Only Richard Gonzales (40) was older when he made the Roland-Garros semi-finals 57 years ago, as Djokovic targets a seventh final in Paris.
