Footballer Jeong Woo Yeong gets married, with Yoo Jae Suk as wedding MC

Professional footballer Jeong Woo Yeong has tied the knot with non-celebrity Lee Yeon Ji, daughter of actor Lee Kwang Gi.

The couple’s wedding features national MC Yoo Jae Suk as the MC and famed singer Sohyang as the wedding singer. The two first met through a gathering with friends, and have dated for around a year.

Jeong Woo Yeong is currently playing as a midfielder for FC Union Berlin in the German football league, Bundesliga. He conveys that he has found the one to spend the rest of his life with and thanks everyone for their well wishes, sharing his heartfelt sentiments. The couple will begin their married life in Germany.

Lee Yeon Ji expresses that she has been busy preparing for the wedding and their new life in Germany, and thanks everyone for their well wishes. She previously came into the public spotlight when she appeared on the reality series ‘Children, the Life’s Greatest Blessing’ with her father, actor Lee Gwang Gi. Following, she worked as an art director in a gallery run by her father.
