Waalitj Marawar have named their extended squad to face St Kilda at Optus Stadium on Sunday

Waalitj Marawar co-captain Oscar Allen is set to return against Euro-Yroke (St Kilda) while emerging tall forward Archer Reid has been managed for Sunday’s clash at Optus Stadium.

Allen was a late withdrawal from the team that went down to Richmond by two points last round with a patella tendon issue.

But he has been named to return at full-back against the Saints amid Jeremy McGovern’s absence due to concussion protocols.

Bo Allan is also in the mix to play at Optus Stadium after serving a one-game suspension from his debut match against Melbourne.

The 19-year-old has come onto an extended eight-man bench alongside Clay Hall and Jack Williams.

Hall has been in red-hot form for the WAFL Eagles, averaging 29 disposals and 4.5 tackles in his four appearances this year, while Williams kicked two goals in last round’s loss to East Perth.

At this stage, Reid is the only confirmed change from Waalitj Marawar’s team that faced the Tigers at the MCG.

The exciting key forward has played all nine games this season since making his debut in round one and taken impressive strides forward, showcasing his competitive instinct and football nous.

Waalitj Marawar will trim their 26-man squad for the Sir Doug Nicholls Round clash to a final 23 at 3pm AWST on Friday.
