Alexandra “Alex” Eala will make her final push of the WTA season as she competes in the Hong Kong Tennis Open, which kicks off on Monday.

The Hong Kong Open is a WTA 250 event, meaning the tournament champion will earn 250 ranking points.

This also marks Eala’s final WTA tournament in a historic season that saw her break into the WTA Top 100, defeat Grand Slam champions, become the first Filipino to win a Grand Slam main-draw match at the US Open, and capture her first WTA 125 title in Guadalajara days later.

Eala will compete in both the singles and doubles events, teaming up with Hao-Ching Chan of Chinese Taipei in doubles.
