PITTSBURGH — ESPN announced Sunday afternoon that its iconic college football pregame show, College GameDay Built by The Home Depot, will broadcast live from the North Shore of Pittsburgh on Saturday, Nov. 15, from 9 a.m. to noon, ahead of the No. 24 Pitt Panthers' Week 12 matchup with No. 10 Notre Dame at Acrisure Stadium.

"We're thrilled to welcome College GameDay back to Pittsburgh," said Pitt Athletic Director Allen Greene. "This is an incredible opportunity to showcase our city, our University, and the passion of Panther Nation on college football's biggest stage. I can't wait to unleash our fans and show the country what Pitt is all about!"

This marks College GameDay's first visit to Pittsburgh since Thursday, Sept. 1, 2022, when the Panthers defeated West Virginia, 38–31, in the return of the Backyard Brawl. Prior to that, the show last appeared at a Pitt home game on a Saturday when the Panthers hosted Notre Dame on Sept. 3, 2005. Overall, this will be the fourth time Pittsburgh has hosted the broadcast and the third time on a Saturday.

Both teams enter the matchup riding impressive win streaks—Pitt having won each of its past five games, while Notre Dame has claimed seven straight. Saturday's contest will also mark the first CFP Top-25 matchup hosted by the Panthers in the College Football Playoff era.

Additionally, the program will feature the retirement of Aaron Donald's No. 97 jersey at halftime, along with a special tribute commemorating the 50th anniversary of Tony Dorsett's legendary 303-yard rushing performance against Notre Dame in 1975.

The broadcast will air live on ESPN from 9 a.m. to noon leading into kickoff at Acrisure Stadium. Fans are encouraged to arrive early and take part in the national showcase celebrating college football's best atmosphere on the North Shore.

Rece Davis hosts College GameDay with analysts Kirk Herbstreit, Desmond Howard, Pittsburgh area native Pat McAfee and Nick Saban at the desk, along with college football insider Pete Thamel, reporters Jen Lada and Jess Sims and college football betting analyst 'Stanford Steve' Coughlin.

In addition to College GameDay, ACC Network's ACC Huddle pregame show will originate from Pittsburgh (10 a.m. – noon) with host Taylor Tannebaum and analysts Jimbo Fisher, Eric Mac Lain and Eddie Royal.

Information will be announced later this week. For on-site information, please visit College GameDay's Hub HERE.

A limited number of upper-level tickets remain available for just $95 through the Pitt Panthers Ticket Office—a savings compared to the secondary market, where prices currently start at $115 on SeatGeek.
