Traffic plan announced for Pak-Australia ODI

LAHORE: Authorities have unveiled a comprehensive traffic and parking plan for spectators attending the Pakistan-Australia One-Day International, with special arrangements made to ensure smooth traffic flow around the venue.

According to the Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Lahore, five designated parking areas have been allocated for cricket fans. Major routes, including Mall Road, Canal Road, Jail Road, Main Boulevard, and Ferozepur Road, will remain open to regular traffic. However, temporary diversions may be implemented at certain points during the movement of the teams.

Fans traveling via Mall Road, Jail Road, and Ferozepur Road have been directed to park their vehicles at the Government College for Boys parking facility. Meanwhile, spectators arriving from Thokar Niaz Baig, Johar Town, and Kahna have been advised to use the parking area at Government College for Boys near Kalma Chowk.

Traffic officials have urged fans to follow the designated routes and parking instructions to avoid congestion and ensure a hassle-free experience on match day.
