Ryan Gravenberch interview: Leicester win, title dreams, starting streak and more

Speaking to Liverpoolfc.com after the game, Gravenberch said: "It was a late one but I'm very happy with the result. We kept pushing until the end and made it 1-0.

"Even when we don't play really good football, it's all about the result. You see the last three weeks, even when we didn't play good we get the results. It's all about the three points.

"We need one more win, of course, and hopefully we can finish it in our home. We are really looking forward to that."

Alexander-Arnold quickly marked his return from a five-week injury absence with his first left-footed goal of his Liverpool career.

The match-cliniching moment, which arrived in minute 76, sparked jubilant scenes among the squad and travelling supporters.

Gravenberch continued: "I'm really happy for him. He was injured and he came back today. You saw how important he can be for us.

"They [the fans] are amazing. Every week, every game, they are here and they support us. Also today, you see we really need them."
