Members in action at the Estadi Johan Cruyff

On Sunday 22 June FC Barcelona members took part in a football tournament for the third year in a row at the Estadi Johan Cruyff. The event is a way for members to feel closer to the Club and to enjoy its facilities. Before the Espai Barça building work, the matches took place at the Spotify Camp Nou.

The teams, all over 18, were divided into four categories: Youth (born after 2007), Adult (between 1994 and 1975), Senior (before 1974) and Women (born after 2007). As every year, it was an unforgettable experience for those taking part who had the chance to play on the pitch at the Estadi Johan Cruyff, emerging from the dressing room listening to the Barça anthem.

The games took place in three time slots - morning, afternoon, evening - with 45 members taking part in each one. In total 136 members took part with everyone having the chance to get their photo taken with the trophies and to receive a memento. The director responsible for the Social Area, Josep Ignasi Macià, and the director of the Social Area, Ana Aznar, were there to witness events.
