Manchester United are reportedly interested in signing Antoine Semenyo

Manchester United are reportedly leading the race to sign Antoine Semenyo from AFC Bournemouth in the summer. Ruben Amorim is said to have already planned how the 25-year-old will fit into his team, but there is competition from Liverpool and Tottenham. However, Sky Sports claim that the Cherries will play hardball over the winger and are set to demand £70million. Jadon Sancho There is a potential scenario in which Sancho returns to United in the summer, fresh from the blow of Chelsea refusing to make his loan deal permanent following a campaign punctuated by inconsistency. That seems unlikely, but it is surely the winger’s most dreaded outcome. United do not want Sancho and he seemingly doesn’t want them - he commented “freedom” on Marcus Rashford’s Instagram when his colleague sealed a January loan switch to Aston Villa. Replacing Semenyo at Bournemouth would see Sancho become the main man at an ambitious club, although one where the pressure is far smaller than at United and Chelsea. The exiled England forward should jump at that opportunity should it arise. Marcus Rashford Rashford may find himself in a similar situation this summer. Aston Villa have not made clear whether they will activate their £40m option to make the forward’s loan permanent. United are keen to cash in on the 27-year-old, who will not be part of Ruben Amorim’s plans if he returns to Manchester at the end of the season. Bournemouth, with their vibrant brand of football, could be the perfect destination for Rashford to revive his Premier League career.

Bournemouth may be tempted by a deal for Marcus Rashford

Tyrell Malacia Bournemouth could lose Milos Kerkez in the summer, so a new left-back could be high on their list of priorities for the summer. United outcast Malacia could be a suitable option. The Dutchman, who recently returned from a two-year injury nightmare, has spent the second half of the season on loan at PSV. Bournemouth could be tempted by a potential deal.
