Werder Bremen vs Bayern Munich: Live stream, game time thread, how to watch

0
Kickoff: Sven Ulreich has swapped in for Manuel Neuer. Very late change, no info on what happened.

One hour until kickoff: We have lineups! Kingsley Coman comes in for Serge Gnabry and Konrad Laimer starts in place of Raphaël Guerreiro. Apart from that Bayern Munich will play with an unchanged lineup from the previous game against Dinamo Zagreb.

MATCHDAY! Bayern Munich head up north to face SV Werder Bremen, coming fresh of the back of a record-breaking 9-2 in the Champions League during midweek. Confidence is high but so are expectations, and with the likes of Bayer Leverkusen also showing their credentials in Europe this week, it’s imperative that Vincent Kompany keeps up the momentum.

Vincent Kompany still has a bit of a situation at right-back, but the Zagreb game proved that Raphaël Guerreiro can do a pretty good job there if he’s called upon. In addition, the coach has called up Bayern II youngster Adam Aznou as additional fullback coverage if needed. Certain players who came off the bench in midweek, like Leroy Sané, Thomas Müller, and Leon Goretzka, could also be in the mix, as might Sven Ulreich if Manuel Neuer isn’t fully fit.

It’s Bayern time.
