Know football schedule and where to watch live streaming

The Indian football team will take on the Islamic Republic of Iran and Nepal in the Tri-Nation Women’s International Friendlies 2025, to be held in Shillong from October 21 to 27.

Part of the October FIFA Women's International Match Window, the matches will be played at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium. Live streaming of football matches will be available in India.

India, 63rd in the FIFA Rankings, open their campaign against world No. 70 Iran on October 21. Iran will then face 89th-ranked Nepal on October 24, before India wrap up the friendly series against Nepal on October 27.

The friendlies form a key part of the Indian football team’s build-up to the AFC Women’s Asian Cup 2026 in Australia.

The Blue Tigresses will regroup for the first time since scripting history in July, when they sealed qualification for the continental showpiece by beating Thailand in Chiang Mai.

Iran have also secured their berth for the 12-team Women’s Asian Cup, while Nepal narrowly missed out after losing to Uzbekistan on penalties.

This will be the second time Shillong hosts the Indian women’s team. The last occasion came during the 2016 South Asian Games, where India won the gold medal with a 4-0 victory over Nepal in the final.

Live streaming of Tri-Nation Women's International Friendlies 2025 in India will be available for free on FIFA+. There will be no live telecast of the Tri-Nation Women's football matches on any TV channel in India.
