Jade Yarbrough made headlines this week when she appeared to debut her new relationship with a super-rich property developer with a very cosy outing.

The interior designer, 32, was spotted putting on a very close display alongside multimillionaire developer Paul Gedoun during a breakfast date at Bondi Beach on Thursday.

The pair, who are believed to be dating, looked comfortable in each other's company while Paul even placed his hand on her back at one point.

Paul, thought to be in his late 40s, has two children — Sonny and Sienna — from a previous relationship and named his luxury firm, S&S Projects, after them in 2015.

He has specialised in luxury apartments in Queensland for the past 12 years and S&S Projects launched a huge $200million development at Rainbow Bay last month.

Outside of his high-flying career, the luxury property mogul has an aviation business and a helicopter licence, while he is also a passionate surfer.

Jade proved she won the break-up with her ex Michael Clarke with their loved-up display, which came weeks after the cricketer went public with his real estate guru girlfriend Arabella Sherborne.

As Jade debuts her wealthy new boyfriend, Daily Mail Australia takes a look back at her whirlwind romance with Michael and that infamous Noosa spat.

Jade and Michael, 43, had been friendly for years before they first started dating and officially debuted their relationship in August 2022.

They had a fair few friends in common and socialised in the same circles, with it initially being rumoured that Today host Karl Stefanovic had set them up.

However, Karl — who is married to Jade's sister Jasmine — later clarified that he wasn't the one to play cupid, but it was in fact another mutual friend.

'[Michael] had a friend who was her business partner and so they met up and then got together,' he told the Kyle and Jackie O Show when their romance emerged.

Rumours of their romance first swirled in July 2022 when they were seen at Sydney airport together, and Jade confirmed their union on Instagram the following month.

Soon after, they headed off on a romantic holiday in Europe together, where they were seen partying on billionaire James Packer's super yacht.

Going from strength-to-strength, they made their red carpet debut months later in November of that year as they looked loved -up at a Louis Vuitton event in Sydney.

During their whirlwind romance, they were frequently seen socialising with Karl, 50, and Jade's sister Jasmine, with the group even jetting off on lavish holidays together.

However, things shockingly came to a head on one of their couples' trips when Jade and Michael had a very public bust-up in January 2023 in a Noosa park.

However, things then came to a head when Jade and Michael had a very public bust-up in January 2023 in a Noosa park in which she accused him sleeping with his ex Pip Edwards

At the time, a dramatic video filmed by an onlooker showed Jade accusing the Australian cricketing great of sleeping with his ex-girlfriend Pip Edwards.

The December 2022 footage showed a shirtless Michael being screamed at and slapped by Jade while out for dinner at a beachside restaurant in Noosa with Karl, Jasmine and accountant Anthony Bell.

A remorseful Michael later took full responsibility for what happened.

'I'm absolutely gutted I've put people I hold in the highest regard in this position. My actions in the lead-up to this altercation were nothing short of shameful and regrettable,' he told The Daily Telegraph at the time.

'I am shattered that because of my actions I've drawn women of class and integrity, and my mates, into this situation.'

Meanwhile, his ex Pip told Daily Mail Australia at the time: 'This is not my circus. Yet again, Michael in his true nature has not taken responsibility for his actions and I was blatantly lied to.'

Despite the shock bust-up, the exes sparked speculation they had rekindled things over the following months, with Jade being seen leaving his home in March 2023.

However, the couple moved on from their tumultuous relationship for good in April 2023, when they went on separate holidays to Noosa.

Jade is believed to have been single since her and Michael's split, and has not gone public with any other romance until making headlines with Paul earlier this week

Meanwhile, Michael went public with his real estate guru new girlfriend Arabella Sherborne just weeks ago as they have both moved on

A friend of the pair confirmed to The Daily Telegraph at the time that the couple were 'definitely no longer together'.

Despite their infamous bust-up and split, the exes 'remain on amicable terms', a representative previously told Daily Mail Australia.

Little is known about Jade's past relationships before she entered the public eye with her highly-publicised romance with Michael.

Meanwhile, Michael went public with his real estate guru new girlfriend Arabella Sherborne just weeks before Jade's cosy display with Paul.

The sporting star all but confirmed his romance with Arabella, 32, when he left a flirty comment on her Instagram post in June.

Arabella had shared a string of solo snaps of herself from the Gold Coast, where she was believed to have jetted off to with Michael.

'That smile,' Michael gushed in the comments, while Arabella simply replied with winking face emojis, hinting at their budding romance.

After weeks of speculation, the couple then finally went public with their romance at celebrity hotspot Mimi's as they arrived at the venue hand-in-hand.

The pair have since been flaunting their affections for one another on social media, with Arabella joining Michael on a trip to Sri Lanka in a huge relationship milestone.

Late last month, Michael jetted off to Sri Lanka for his latest cricket trip and Arabella later joined him in Colombo as they turned the visit into a romantic getaway.

Though they have not yet shared social media snaps together, Arabella shared an array of low-key snaps of Michael, keeping his face cropped out though she tagged him in the post.

During the trip, Michael hinted that things are getting serious between the pair as he left a telling comment on her post in a rare public display of affection.

'We not leaving,' (sic) he gushed of their romantic holiday in the Sri Lankan capital.

The couple have only gone from strength-to-strength, with an insider claiming things are already getting serious between the pair and that wedding bells could soon be on the horizon.

'She has had a few boyfriends but is really ready to settle down. Her and Michael are a good match, very cute together. Maybe she will be the next Mrs Clarke,' they claimed.

Michael was previously married to Kyly Clarke and they share a daughter Kelsey Lee, eight. The couple went their separate ways in 2019 after seven years of marriage.
