North Melbourne have decided to delist Darcy Tucker, Geordie Payne and Will Phillips following their 2025 season. The trio of list cuts add to four previous delistings at Arden Street, with the Kangaroos having already bid farewell to Kallan Dawson, Brynn Teakle, Miller Bergman and Eddie Ford.Phillips, the Pick 3 selection at the 2020 AFL Draft, leaves the Roos after 50 games in the blue and white. The midfielder played 16 games in his debut season but failed to beat that tally going forward, with 2025 seeing him play a career-low seven AFL matches.Payne joined the Roos as the first overall pick in the 2024 Mid-Season Draft following a bright start to his year with Tasmania in the Coates Talent League. The versatile youngster made his debut in Round 22 this year against GWS and would play a further two games as the season reached its conclusion.Tucker joined North Melbourne from Fremantle at the end of 2022 after seven years with the Dockers. The Victorian played 48 games for the Kangaroos in his three years with the club, bringing his career tally to 156 matches."These decisions are never easy, especially when they involve young men who have invested so much of themselves into the club," Roos football boss Todd Viney said.“We wish Will, Darcy, and Geordie every success in their future.”The trio of delistings, as well as the quartet of earlier list cuts, brings North Melbourne's tally of player exits to eight after forward-ruck Finnbar Maley was traded to Adelaide last week.
