Here's a look at the other seven.Stanley and Tip Snooke were the first set of brothers to play for South Africa, in a Test match against England in 1907 at The Oval. That match was the only international fixture for Stanley, who batted at No. 11 in the first innings without a chance to bat again and neither did he bowl in the fixture. His younger brother Sibley John 'Tip' Snooke, meanwhile, made 99 runs across two innings in the game. Overall, he scored 1008 runs in 26 Tests for South Africa.Dan and Herbie Taylor played two Test matches together for South Africa, first featuring together in the fourth Test against England in Durban in 1914. The pair played the last two Test matches in the series together, which was also Dan's only two international appearances. Herbie and Dan stitched a 69-run partnership in the second innings of the Durban Test, in their first of the only two partnerships together.Reginald and Philip played together for South Africa just once, in a Test match against England in 1914 in Gqeberha. That was elder brother Reginald's first and only Test for South Africa where he scored 0 & 7 across two innings. Philip also debuted in the same series, with his best performance coming in this very Test in which he scored 83 and 49. This Gqeberha Test is also the only time two sets of brothers (Taylors and Hands) have played for South Africa in a match.Eric and Athol Rowan played nine Test matches together from 1948-51, all of them against England. The first of them was in Durban in 1948 and the last was at The Oval in 1951, which was the final international game for both of them. Eric, the elder one, had made his debut in 1935 and was primarily an opener, scoring 1965 runs with three hundreds in 26 matches. Athol, an offspinner, had made his debut in 1947, picking up 54 wickets and scoring 290 runs in 15 matches.Peter and Graeme Pollock played 23 Test matches together across seven years from 1963 to 1970. They first played together against Australia in 1963, which was younger brother Graeme's debut. Both played their last international match together in 1970, also against Australia in Gqeberha. Graeme averaged 60.97 in Tests, scoring 2256 across 23 matches, while elder brother Peter, who debuted in 1961, ended his career with 116 wickets including nine five-wicket hauls.Gary and Peter Kirsten played together in 16 matches, nine ODIs and seven Tests all of them in 1994. The first instance was in an ODI against New Zealand at the WACA during the Benson & Hedges World Series, where the brothers opened the batting together and added 80 runs. Their last match together was also an ODI against England in Birmingham, which turned out to be Peter's last game. The brothers stitched 327 runs at an average of 40.90, with three fifty-plus partnerships in nine ODIs and 330 runs at an average of 30, with three fifty-plus partnerships in 12 Test innings together. The Morkel brothers have played the most for South Africa together, 46 matches with 20 ODIs and 26 T20Is from 2007-2014. They first played together in an ODI against Zimbabwe in 2007 with their final game being in the 2014 T20 World Cup against New Zealand in the group stage. They never played an international fixture together since, even though Morne played six more T20Is and Albie four more. Albie, a seam-bowling allrounder finished his career with 1412 runs and 77 wickets in 109 matches from 2004-2015, while Morne picked up 544 wickets in 247 games across 2006-2018.Deep Gadhia is a stats analyst at ESPNcricinfo
