The match is the third in a long tri-series between Afghanistan, Pakistan (where the tremors were felt, too) and the UAE.The 6.0 magnitude quake struck at 11:47 pm local time (12:47 am IST) on Sunday in the province of Kunar near the city of Jalalabad and has destroyed numerous villages, causing extensive damage. Afghan Atalan have committed all their match fees from tonight’s game against the UAE, as well as additional donations, to assist the families affected by the recent earthquake in Kunar province," the Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) said in a statement.“Additionally, players involved in the ongoing Regional List A Tournament in Khost province will also gather their donations tomorrow. Our thoughts and prayers are with the bereaved families in this difficult hour, and we wish a speedy recovery to the injured.
