The final match of cricket’s most unique format, The Hundred 2026 season is here. The Final match will be played between Trent Rockets and Manchester Super Giants. It will be held at the iconic Lord's Cricket Ground in London on 16 August.

Trent Rockets is one of the most successful teams in The Hundred league since its inception in 2021. This will be their 3rd straight final appearance and they have already won the title twice in 2022 and 2024.

This season, Trent Rockets have been flying high since the start. They finished at the top of the points table with 6 wins and only 2 losses in eight games.

The Rockets have a serious fire-power at the top led by the explosive duo of Ben Duckett and Kiwi batter Finn Allen. The England international Duckett is the top scorer for the team with 306 runs at a strike rate of 133.04.

His opening partner Finn Allen is renowned for his ability to strike the ball from ball one. The New Zealand batter has scored 202 runs at a strike rate of 161.60, one of the highest strike rates in the league. Other key contributors include Tom Banton (130 runs), Mitchell Santner (126 runs) and captain Sam Billings (113) runs.

The duo of Craig Overton and Calvin Harrison have been hunting wickets in tandem for the Trent Rockets in The Hundred 2026. The pace and spin combination between the two teams have been a major issue for opposition with the duo bagging 8 wickets apiece.

New Zealand batter Tim Seifert is the top run scorer for the team and 3rd overall in the league with 322 runs at 164.29 strike rate. He has been the most consistent batters for the Super Giants from game 1.

The season started with captain Aiden Markram opening alongside him. However, the South African sustained an injury and the Super Giants next bold move to promote all-rounder Paul Walter alongside Seifert has worked wonders. In 4 matches, he has scored 225 runs at an average of 75.00 and strike rate of 181.45, including his best performance of 80 unbeaten vs Sunrisers Leeds in the Eliminator.
