🚨 Official: squads for the September international break

The squads for the September international break are continuing to be announced one after another.

This Wednesday afternoon, Hervé Renard's first squad since returning to the Ivory Coast bench was unveiled.

Eight new players have been called up: Yann Gboho, Malick Yalcouyé, Christ Tapé, Eddy Doué, Patrick Zabi, Amadou Koné, Kassoum Ouattara and Rayan Fofana.

Stars Nicolas Pépé, Guéla Doué and Yan Diomandé are also included in the French coach's squad. Seko Fofana has retired from international football.

The Elephants will face their "brothers-in-law," Cameroon's Indomitable Lions, as well as Ghana and Somalia.
