NFL legend Tom Brady has revealed that he could participate when flag football makes its Olympic debut at LA 2028.

The 48-year-old, who won seven Super Bowls with the New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, has been working as a broadcaster since his retirement in 2023.

During an appearance on Good Morning America on Tuesday [17 March], Brady was asked if he had any plans to be on the U.S. roster. He responded, "I would never say never, but it's probably unlikely, just so you know."

“I think for these young guys, it’s probably good for them to do it. If I ever wanted to come in as an advisory role, as a coach, something like that, that’s probably better suited for me. I’ll let the young [guys], Patrick Mahomes and Josh Allen get out there and try to win a gold medal for the U.S.”

Brady, is a minority shareholder in an NFL franchise, and recently announced that he will be taking the field again in the upcoming Flag Football Classic in Los Angeles.

“I love the NFL, I love the Raiders, I love working on that and different projects I have. So I have a lot going on,” Brady said.
