PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla. – PGA TOUR Champions announced Tuesday the schedule for its 2026 season, which features 28 events and will conclude at the Charles Schwab Cup Championship in Phoenix, Arizona. The 25-event regular season will welcome two new tournaments, the Portugal Invitational in Algarve, Portugal, and the Jefferson Lehigh Valley Classic in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

“With the race for the Charles Schwab Cup coming down to our season-ending event in two weeks, I’m excited to announce the 2026 PGA TOUR Champions schedule,” said PGA TOUR Champions President Miller Brady. “We are thrilled to be adding new events in Portugal and Pennsylvania to an existing schedule highlighted by tremendous title sponsors in many markets which have become staples of Champions Tour golf. The incredible play we’ve seen from some of the game’s legends this season is sure to continue in 2026, and we are looking forward to building on that continued momentum for our partners and fans.”

The 2026 season will begin with the Mitsubishi Electric Championship at Hualalai, the week of Jan. 19-24 (Saturday finish) in Ka’upulehu-Kona, Hawaii, marking the 30th consecutive year that PGA TOUR Champions has started the season at Hualalai Golf Course.

The Chubb Classic returns to Naples, Florida, the week of Feb. 9-15 before giving way to a busy stretch of events in March, including the James Hardie Pro Football Hall of Fame Invitational in Boca Raton, Florida (March 2-8), the Cologuard Classic in Tucson, Arizona (March 16-22), and the Hoag Classic in Newport Beach, California (March 23-29), which returns to Newport Beach Country Club for the 30th year.

After rotating annually since 2001, the PGA of America announced earlier this year that the Senior PGA Championship would be contested at The Concession Golf Club in Bradenton, Florida, over the next three years. Concession, which previously held a World Golf Championship and Skechers World Champions Cup Supporting Shriners Children’s, will host the first senior major of the 2026 season the week of April 13-19.

Following the Senior PGA Championship, PGA TOUR Champions contests events for three straight weeks, starting with the Mitsubishi Electric Classic in Duluth, Georgia (April 20-26), the year’s second senior major – the Regions Tradition – returning to Birmingham, Alabama (April 27-May 3), and the Insperity Invitational in The Woodlands, Texas (May 4-10). New for 2026, the Mitsubishi Electric Classic will be contested in Stableford Scoring, a system which involves scoring points based on the number of strokes taken on each hole.

The Champions Tour will return to Morocco for the Trophy Hassan II at Royal Golf Dar Es Salam in Rabat (May 18-24), marking the first international event of the season and the first time the tournament has been contested outside the month of February. The event, which was founded as a DP World Tour tournament, will celebrate its 50th all-time playing in 2026.

June begins with the 10th anniversary of the American Family Insurance Championship in Madison, Wisconsin (June 1-7), which will again feature the Tour’s only two-man team format. The Principal Charity Classic will be contested the following week in Des Moines, Iowa (June 8-14), while the DICK’S Open celebrates its 20th anniversary in Endicott, New York, the week of June 22-28.

Back-to-back major championships will be held, starting with the U.S. Senior Open, to be played at Scioto Country Club in Columbus, Ohio, the week of June 29-July 5, while the Kaulig Companies Championship returns to Firestone Country Club in Akron, Ohio, the following week, July 6-12.

The ISPS HANDA Senior Open returns to Gleneagles in Scotland for the first time since 2022 and will be played July 20-26. The event will mark a two-week stretch of PGA TOUR Champions golf in Europe, as the Portugal Invitational, hosted by World Golf Hall of Fame member Ernie Els, makes its debut the week of July 27-Aug. 2 at The Els Club Vilamoura in Algarve, Portugal.

After the major season has concluded, the first of three August events begins with the Boeing Classic outside of Seattle (Aug. 10-16), before PGA TOUR Champions’ annual trip north of the border, with the Rogers Charity Classic in Calgary, Alberta, Canada (Aug. 17-23). The month is rounded out with The Ally Challenge in Grand Blanc, Michigan (Aug. 24-30).

September opens with the Sanford International in Sioux Falls, South Dakota (Sept. 7-13), followed by the PURE Insurance Championship Impacting First Tee in Monterey, California (Sept. 14-20), which is golf’s only event pairing a Champions Tour player with a junior from First Tee.

The second new event of the 2026 season, the Jefferson Lehigh Valley Classic, will make its debut at Lehigh Country Club in Allentown, Pennsylvania, the week of Sept. 28-Oct. 4. The final two events of the regular season come in October, with the Constellation FURYK & FRIENDS being played for the first time at Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa in Palm Coast, Florida (Oct. 5-11), and the regular season finale: the SAS Championship in Cary, North Carolina (Oct. 12-18).

The 25-event regular season will lead into the 10th-annual Charles Schwab Cup Playoffs, which begin at the Stifel Charity Classic as the Tour’s St. Louis stop will kick-off the postseason for the first time in its history, Oct. 19-25. The Simmons Bank Championship will again serve as the second leg of the Playoffs, bringing the Champions Tour to Pleasant Valley Country Club in Little Rock, Arkansas (Oct. 26-Nov 1). The season will conclude with the Charles Schwab Cup Championship at Phoenix Country Club the week of Nov. 9-15.

Following the conclusion of the Playoffs, the Challenge Season on PGA TOUR Champions will feature two events. The Skechers World Champions Cup Supporting Shriners Children’s returns the week of Nov. 30-Dec. 6, featuring players competing for Team US, Team Europe and Team International in a one-of-a-kind event that blends the Presidents Cup and Ryder Cup. The PNC Championship returns to Ritz-Carlton Golf Club in Orlando, Dec. 14-20.

Each event in 2026 will be televised nationally on Golf Channel, the Tour’s exclusive cable-television partner that reaches over 50 million U.S. households. In addition, tournaments will be available to stream on Golf Channel digital platforms. Two events will have weekend coverage on NBC – the U.S. Senior Open and the ISPA HANDA Senior Open – while the Skechers World Champions Cup Supporting Shriners Children’s will be carried on ABC and ESPN. PGA TOUR Champions coverage is available in 170-plus countries and territories via more than 20 broadcast partners.
