France vs England at EURO 2025: Head-to-head record of one of Europe’s biggest women's football fixtures

France and England are two of the most formidable teams on the women’s football international stage, and have a history that dates back to 1973.

On Saturday (5 July), they will meet for the 28th time, in a group stage match at the UEFA Women's EURO 2025 tournament.

It will be their third meeting in the European Championships, the last of which came in 2017.

Since then, both nations have enjoyed their best finishes at a EUROs, three years ago, when France bowed out in the semi-finals and England won the entire thing.
