A lovely interview from Cameron McEvoy after he blitzed the 50m freestyle semi final.

"You have to have confidence. At some point in my life, I'm capable of doing both," McEvoy tells Nine.

"Whether they're at the same time, we'll see. At the Olympics, it is hand on the wall first. It could be slower than the heats but could get the gold medal or the silver or the bronze.

"My sole focus is hand on the wall, no times, just like a bag of rocks in my head, not thinking, just trying to swim, do what I do best."
