However, he soon ran into tyre troubles after pushing his set of mediums too hard, too early.Pushing through a discouraging race, the Monacan's patience wore thin in the latter stages after he emerged from his second pit stop ahead of Sainz before being passed.Leclerc was informed by his race engineer Bryan Bozzi that his teammate would not make a move on his position but it appears Sainz either did not receive the same message or chose not to oblige."Carlos has been told to not overtake but it is really close, you might be just in front," Bozzi said over the team radio."He has been told to not put you under pressure. So just take care of your tyres."But almost immediately, Sainz closed the gap before shooting past Leclerc.Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz compete for track position. As always".Bozzi then thanked Leclerc for doing his "job" for the team before the eight-time grand prix winner launched into an expletive-laden rant."Yeah, yeah, yeah," he said."Yeah, I did my job, but being nice f---s me over all the f---ing time. All the f---ing time."It's not even being nice, it's just being respectful. F---ing pick up what the f--- we want," he said.Leclerc later apologised for airing his grievances over the team radio, saying: "I'm sorry. That was, not me".Not wanting to give further oxygen to the situation, the 27-year-old refused to comment to Sky Sports F1 about his hot-blooded outburst. However, he did hint that Sainz — who will depart the team for Williams at the end of the season — may have breached team orders discussed before the race for not the first time.Carlos Sainz and Charles Leclerc of Ferrari. I didn't want to fight at that point, so I let Carlos by."The rest we'll discuss within the team. I don't want to go into the details."It's not about favouring one [driver] or the other; it's about things that we have been told."I've already said too much, so I don't want to go into the details whatsoever."It's just frustrating when it's like this, and it's frustrating for me, but I can understand that nobody understands that."Ferrari is locked in a battle with McLaren for the constructors' championship.McLaren is currently 24 points ahead of the Prancing Horse with two races remaining.
