Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 schedule

The 2026 Women's T20 World Cup is the 10th edition of the 20-over cricket tournament and will feature 12 teams, divided into two groups of six sides each.

While most of the teams for the tournament have already been confirmed, the final four sides will be decided through an ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Qualifier next year.

Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 groups

Group 1: Australia, South Africa, India, Pakistan, Qualifier, Qualifier

Group 2: West Indies, England, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Qualifier, Qualifier

According to the format of the tournament, all teams will square off against the other teams from their respective group once. The top two from each group at the end of all the pool matches will qualify for the semi-finals.

The winner of Group 1 will face the runners-up of Group 2 in one semi-final, while the winner of Group 2 will take on the runners-up of Group 1 in the other. Both semi-finals will be held at The Oval.

Australia are the most successful team in Women’s T20 World Cup history with six titles. England, the West Indies and New Zealand are the other countries to have won the coveted trophy.

The Women's T20 World Cup 2026 will be hosted across seven venues in England. The semi-finals will be held at The Oval, while the Women's T20 World Cup 2026 final will be hosted at Lord’s Cricket Ground in London.
