Pakistan’s white-ball captain, Mohammad Rizwan, has made headlines with a heartfelt act of sportsmanship, donating his wicket-keeping gloves and playing shirt to the iconic Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) Museum. The gesture came after Pakistan's second T20I against Australia on Saturday, a match that saw the visitors narrowly lose by 13 runs.

The SCG management expressed their gratitude for Rizwan’s contribution, emphasizing its value in celebrating cricket's global heritage.

“Thank you, Mohammad Rizwan,” SCG management posted. “Following Saturday’s T20 International against Australia, Pakistan Captain Mohammad Rizwan donated a pair of his keeping gloves and a playing shirt to the Sydney Cricket Ground museum.”

The ceremony was attended by Kamil Khan, a Multicultural Ambassador for Cricket Australia, who applauded the recognition of Rizwan’s contribution to the sport.

“A heartfelt thank you to the SCG for acknowledging our captain, Mohammad Rizwan, and for preserving this special moment in the museum,” Khan said. “It’s truly an honor to see Pakistan’s cricketing spirit celebrated on such an iconic stage.”
