Kishane Thompson has revealed he's 'disappointed' after narrowly missing out on Olympic gold to Noah Lyles on Sunday.

The Jamaica star crossed the line with his foot first but Lyles was awarded the games' ultimate prize due to going over with his chest, which is used to establish who has won.

Thompson, for a brief moment, appeared to think he had done enough to win. But it is Lyles who has now become an Olympic champion, with the Team USA star delighted in the aftermath of the contest.
