It’s been an enthralling weekend of club championship action, with shock results aplenty, as the group stage wrapped up at senior and intermediate levels.

Here’s a full round-up of the weekend’s results in the senior, intermediate and junior championships:

Connacht Gold Senior Football Championship

Group 1: Claremorris 0-18 Charlestown Sarsfields 1-12; Kilmeena 2-15 Westport 2-13

Treanlaur Catering Junior Football Championship

Group 1: Ardagh 0-15 CLG Acla 1-10; Northern Gaels 5-12 Killala 2-10

Group 3: Swinford 0-15 Ballycastle 1-8; Tuar Mhic Éadaigh 1-13 Kilmovee Shamrocks 2-9.

The draws for the quarter-finals of the senior and intermediate championships were made at Gilmartin Park, Kiltimagh, straight after the conclusion of the Breaffy/Knockmore game today. This draw sees Breaffy at home to Westport, Aghamore at home to Castlebar Mitchels, Claremorris at home to Belmullet and Garrymore at home to Crossmolina. In the relegation play-offs it’s Balla v Mayo Gaels and Ballaghaderreen against Charlestown.

in the intermediate championship, Moy Davitts with host Parke/Keelogues/Crimlin, Ardnaree host Ballinrobe, Kiltane host Islandeady and Ballyhaunis host Davitts. The two relegation play-offs are The Neale against Louisburgh and Cill Chomáin against Kiltimagh.
