The most error-prone players in the Premier League this season have been revealed and Manchester United star Casemiro will hope new boss Ruben Amorim doesn't have access to the figures.A total of 30 players have made errors leading to goals this season but Casemiro is only one of four outfield players who have made more than one so far.Casemiro has come under fire from fans and pundits after his under-par displays for United this season, with some slamming his concentration after twice gifting possession during the team's 3-0 loss to Liverpool this season, leading to two Luis Diaz goals. The Brazilian's poor form saw him dropped by Erik ten Hag, though he has since recovered and started all four of United's games under Ruud van Nistelrooy.Casemiro cost United £70million after joining from Real Madrid in 2022 but has struggled to echo the same performances that saw him regarded as one of the best defensive midfielders in the world at the Bernabeu. The 32-year-old will be hopeful of getting in Amorim's starting XI when he names his first line-up against Ipswich Town on November 24 - with the 39-year-old Portuguese coach expected to play with two central midfielders in a 3-4-3 formation.Casemiro's two mistakes leading to goals makes him the joint most error-strewn outfielder in the Premier League this season, alongside Aston Villa defender Diego Carlos, Crystal Palace's Trevoh Chalobah and Brentford's Ethan Pinnock.Image: Getty Images) Getty Images)The other two players on two mistakes each are goalkeepers - Newcastle's Nick Pope and Brighton's Bart Verbruggen - but they are not the worst-offending shot stoppers.Ipswich's Arijanet Muric and Chelsea's Robert Sanchez are both guilty of making three errors leading to goals.Sanchez has earned scrutiny from Chelsea fans this season, with many far from impressed that he let in Gabriel Martinelli's shot at his near post in their 1-1 draw last weekend.
