The world-famous Dutch coach, who has trained Navy SEALs, Olympians, and tennis star Novak Djokovic, says he’s ready to join Benn’s camp and help him master his breathing and emotions before fight night. Hof believes that if Benn learns to stay calm under pressure, he can win.Wim Hof says breath control can help Conor Benn win the rematchAccording to Wim Hof, fights are often lost not because of the body, but because the mind gives up. “The body is strong. They lose because the mind gets hijacked by emotion. Breath is the remote control for the brain,” Hof said in a statement shared with The Mirror. Hof says Benn fought with too much emotion during his first bout with Chris Eubank Jr. He believes cold exposure and deep breathing can help Benn control his adrenaline and stay focused. “Adrenaline is not bad,” Hof explained. “But if you don’t guide it, it turns into rage and tension. Through deep breathing, we create clean energy — focus instead of frenzy.” Hof added that top athletes like NBA star Steph Curry and NFL quarterback Aaron Rodgers already use breathwork and cold therapy before competition. “If you can breathe when pressure is high, you become untouchable. Boxing is 80 per cent emotional control. Conor has the skill. Now he must master his mind,” Hof said. He also offered to join Benn’s training camp. “Tell Conor I will come to camp. I’ll sit with him in the ice. I’ll breathe with him until emotion no longer controls him. Once he feels that switch, when he learns he can stay calm even when the heart is exploding, that’s when the real fighter is born,” Hof said.Chris Eubank Jr and Conor Benn prepare for the November 2025 rematchChris Eubank Jr won their first fight in April 2025 by unanimous decision at London’s O2 Arena, according to Reuters. The long-awaited rematch between Eubank Jr and Conor Benn is set for November 15, 2025, at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Wim Hof believes breathwork and cold training could make a real difference this time. “If Conor learns to relax in ice, he will relax in the ring,” Hof said. “He will see Eubank but not react, he will respond. That is everything.” Also Read: What Really Happened To Alex Pereira’s Foot Inside The Octagon? His upcoming album Freedom Into the Depths, set to release in January 2026 through Kartel Music Group, is built around rhythmic breathing patterns. “Music, cold, and breath, they are tools to open the mind,” Hof explained. “When the mind opens, the fighter becomes free.” Wim Hof says he’s ready to guide Conor Benn through breath, cold, and music, a mix that, in his words, can “turn emotion into power.”End of Article
