Pakistan cricket fans had a meltdown on social media.

India announced their return to Test Cricket after 8 months in style as they registered a huge 7-wicket win over Bangladesh in the second Test of the two-match series. They thus claimed a whitewash over their visitors, winning it by 2-0. Bangaldesh came into the series on high after becoming the first Asian nation to register a whitewash win over Pakistan in Pakistan. Hence, after this series win, Pakistan fans had a massive meltdown on social media.

Pakistan Fans Thrash Team After India Win Vs Bangladesh

Bangladesh looked like a solid team against Pakistan, as they did not give their opponents the slightest opportunity to pounce on them either with bat or with ball. However, against India they looked vulnurable , especially their batting, who fell like 9 pins.

One fan suggested that Pakistan should be banned from international cricket for losing to a Bangladesh team as weak as this. Another fan said that their team was in absolute shambles.

India's Big Win Vs Bangladesh

The 2nd Test between India and Bangladesh has been heavily affected by rain. Only 35 overs were bowled on Day 1, before day 2 and 3 were washed out due to the rain without a single ball being bowled.

Bangladesh were bundled out for 233 runs in the first innings, with Mominul Haque scoring a century, and Jasprit Bumrah taking three wickets. In reply, India went all guns blazing, racing to 285/9, courtesy half-centuries from Yashasvi Jaiswal and KL Rahul. They then declared the innings. In the process, they became the fastest team to score 50, 100, 150, 200, and 250 runs respectively.

In reply, Bangladesh were bowled out for 146, with Jasprit Bumrah, Ravindra Jadeja and Ravichandran Ashwin picking three wickets each. India needed 95 runs to win, and they chased it down in 17.2 overs. They won the game by 7 wickets and sealed a whitewash 2-0 win over their visitors.
