During Alex Eala’s short break between the Canadian Open and Cincinnati Open, she delighted her fans with a playful video featuring fellow tennis star Coco Gauff.

On TikTok, the Filipina tennis ace shared a video with Coco in which they lip-synced to Taylor Swift’s “End Game” while holding their sweet treats.

Tagging the American tennis player, Alex captioned the video, “Rush hour?”

Speaking with the Tennis Channel, following her Cincinnati open win against Ruse who retired from their game, Alex candidly explained the reference behind the viral TikTok video, saying it was the 1998 film “Rush Hour,” starring Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker.

“When we first partnered up in Rome, I started seeing that online,” Alex said, as she pointed to her pairing with Coco in the doubles competition at the 2025 Italian Open.

“But I was trying to scope the scenes,” she admitted. “I didn’t know where our friendship was at with Coco yet.”

More than a year later, Alex and Coco have since developed a good friendship off the court.

“Now we’ve gotten more comfortable ever since then,” she said. “I’m more confident in being able to crack more jokes with her."

Clearly the the world No. 4 feels the same. In the comment section of Alex's TikTok video, Coco responded, “Goated caption,” and included a crying emoji.

Alex is set to face Amanda Anisimova in the Round of 32 in Cincinnati Open, after Ruse retired from their game with the scores 6-1, 3-0 favoring Alex.
